About my this year's goal (2)
This article is a continuation of yesterday's article.
Second regarding economizing. I wrote that I assume that my year's average consumption is about 1,800,000. I have achieved the assumption for the last two years, and living in my parents' house from 2022 March to 2023 May contributed to achieving the goal. I won't move to my parents' home, so housing expenses will increase more than before. Moreover, I have to move out of my current shared house by the end of April at the latest. Probably, the rent of my current shared house is so cheap, so it is more difficult for me to achieve the purpose of my year's average consumption after I move. After COVID-19, I repeated moves, and I paid a large amount of money for the move. I think I would like to live at the next residence long term to reduce money for the move. I don't have considerations about economizing except for the move, and I will concentrate on the plans I decided in advance.
Third regarding health. I didn't know my last year health condition because I didn't take a medical. Sensually, I think my health is not bad, but the days when I have a headache are numerous as usual. However, Before COVID-19, I was usually working even when I had a headache. After working at home was basic, I became the day when I had a slight headache was to take a day off. I don't feel like working at home when I have a headache, and I got used to working without commuting, so I couldn't go to an office. I think the way the frequency of my headaches is down doesn't exist. What I can do is get up two hours before I start to work and if I have a headache when I get up, I take a headache medicine and I sleep just until I start to work. Recently, I got up just before I started to work, so I would like to get up at seven a.m. every day from now. Except for the headache, I will continue what I have been doing until now.
I will write the continuation of this article tomorrow.
