I applied for an apartment

I went to an estate agency and took a look inside five apartments. I requested that the wall between rooms be made of concrete, and three of the rooms I took a look inside were satisfied with my requirements. However, the room that I expected the most and is the cheapest doesn't have a concrete wall, and I was sad. I immediately excluded one of the three rooms because it was a little far from where I wanted to live and I felt the housing was vulnerable. I wondered which room I should choose. The first room's rent is cheaper 5,000 yen than the second room's rent, but the the second room is equipped with a refrigerator and a washing machine. It is so worth it for me who doesn't want to have furniture and appliances as much as possible. Morzzeover, the second room comes with free rent for a month and the first room's renewal charge is more expensive than normal. The difference considering all costs for three years is mostly the same. I selected the second room because I felt it was good coming with a refrigerator and a washing machine. I applied for the room and I got home. If I pass a test by the room's management company, I move to it in late January.
